Embedded and safety compliant data fusion development
BASELABS provides customized data fusion software for series production. We align with the according development process typically used by our customers, e.g. the V-model. We support the development of data fusion systems at all stages of the development lifecycle for specific driving functions and sensor setups. The code is developed by utilizing the BASELABS development framework, which was specifically developed to support ASPICE and ISO26262-driven data fusion development. Additionally, we also support software tests via an automated validation toolchain.
At BASELABS we are continuously working on a convenient workflow for the development of data fusion algorithms which integrates into all middleware systems, e.g. in AUTOSAR Classic as well as AUTOSAR Adaptive for series production. We support our customers with the seamless integration of the generated data fusion algorithm into the customer-specific platform and runtime environment.
In pre-series development and R&D, the BASELABS experts support your development activities with the implementation of data fusion applications for various use cases. This includes all relevant automotive sensing technologies (vision, radar, lidar) as well as all commonly used middleware, e.g. vADASdeveloper, ROS, Simulink, ADTF, RTMaps, PolySync. Because of the prototyping process, you receive a data fusion application that you can directly use in your setup. For subsequent development activities, the delivered application can be modified using BASELABS Create Embedded.

BASELABS Create Embedded
BASELABS Create Embedded is the tool for the development of embedded data fusion systems for automated driving functions. The resulting C source code runs on typical embedded hardware platforms in the target vehicle, such as Infineon Aurix 2G and Renesas RH850.
