Application Process

What is required for your application?

We are interested in getting a good impression of you and your skills based on your documents. Therefore, we kindly ask you to apply with your CV and some references from your professional experience. This can be recommendation letters or descriptions of your tasks and responsibilities in your previous jobs. Students may send a transcript of records from university.

How do we proceed after receiving your application?

It’s our goal to provide you with a quick first response to your application. In order to be able to compare applications on the one hand as objectively and fairly as possible and to give you feedback on the other hand as soon as possible after the first interviews, we usually plan all interviews for a specific position to take place on the same day.

In order for you as well as us to be able to prepare optimally for the interview, you will be asked to fill out an applicant questionnaire. We would like to emphasize that the form is not a selection criterion for us, but rather serves to make even better use of the interview time.

In case of positive feedback after the first interview, you will be invited to a second interview at our offices with different people from within BASELABS. The second interview may include small tasks that need to be solved. In addition, during the second interview you will usually have the chance to get to know the team during the lunch break. Interview participants include members of the management as well as additional staff members. In these interviews, we want to get to know you better, as well as give you the chance to ask any questions you may have.

What are formal requirements and how much do we pay students?

The salary for interns is 850 € per month for 40 working hours per week.

We also offer jobs for working students, which are paid with 9,50 € per hour.
